Can only imagine how much of a better place it'll be in next patch, I don't check out the PTR.Welcome to our guide on the best Barbarian builds in Diablo 4! Harness the raw power of the Barbarian class as we explore the optimal strategies, skill combinations, and gear choices for each build. All depends on how much you want to invest into him, but that's what I was saying is even as a budget version of a "bad build" it's still pretty good, or at least pretty fun. Obviously as you can see there's lots of room for improvements and your Leap Attack barb will naturally be different than mine. I use a simple Lionheart runeword in Archon Plate (obviously plenty of room for upgrades here), GFace helm (pretty standard, Arreats would of course work well too), Ravenfrost because of course, a rare ring with stuff I want/need that I'm missing, rare amulet with the same, rare dual leech dual res mf gloves, a rare belt with FHR/Str/dual res, and Aldur's Advance boots. So I use an Obedience Great Thresher, any Elite Obedience will do tho (or really any strong 2h weapon of your choice, I picked Obedience in a Polearm because it has a high weapon range and high damage and Obedience is very cheap to make, Enchant proc helps a lot with Attack Rating too, remember it's Leap Attack, it's similar to Charge, you want to make your 1 chance, your 1 hit, to actually hit). For me it's a budget Leap Attack Barb but don't let that fool you for its power (at least against single targets). Skills are simple, 20 Leap 20 Leap Attack 20 Weapon Mastery 20 Battle Orders, 1 in all the 1-point wonder skills you desire, and the rest go into whatever you want (natural resist, shout, etc).
